new recipe done on my own.
it's a hands-down success.
Panko breaded grilled shrimp sandwich.........its sooooooooooooooooooo good.... I'm like, typing with a mouthfull of the stuff! lol^^
the breading is panko breadcrumbs, marjorim, KOSHER salt and FRESHLY GROUND pepper, paprika, and cumin. ooooooooooohhh the spices just linger in your mouth afterwards^______________^ if you're gonna make it, use just a little more than a pinch of each spice.

the lettuce was one of those "Hydro-grown" breeds or....something, and i put a little bit of italian dressing on it. the shrimp was grilled until pink, and the bread was simple white bread toasted and brushed with a little bit of dill butter. i made one too many shrimp but it tastes SO AWESOME.... i was surprised to find the aroma was simalar to fried chicken lol^^

anyways, go on and try it^^ but be sure to thaw the shrimp in some tepid water before you bread them! and use just one egg for the wash to make the breading stick.

in case you dont know what tepid is, it's like not quite warm, but not quite cool water. and let the shrimp sit there for about 20-25 minutes. or until they're no longer frozen. and remove the tails before breading also.
